Mine Çağlar Dikbaş is an expert in exhibition curatorship, coordination, cultural and artistic activities, spatial arrangements, and publishing editing within the field of Culture and Art Management. She graduated from the Department of Art History at Mimar Sinan University and earned a master's degree in Architectural History at Istanbul Technical University (ITU).

Mine has curated several significant exhibitions, including "A Poet in Maçka Palas – Abdülhak Hamit Tarhan" for Körfezbank and organized cultural events for the 700th anniversary of the Ottoman Empire. She has taught architecture and art history at the International American University in Northern Cyprus and worked as the editor of Antik A.Ş. Antique Decor Magazine.

She also founded the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Medipol University, where she served as the Department Coordinator. Additionally, she has been involved in various cultural and art projects, such as managing the Haydarpaşa Train Station Restoration Project and consulting for exhibitions like "Istanbul Greek Painters" at Topkapı Palace.

From March to October 2022, she worked as the Art Manager and Advisor for Decollage Art Space. In addition to her academic and professional roles, Mine provides creative development and consultancy services for interdisciplinary programs and activities.

OUR JUDGING PANEL

The panel for the Propertync Awards consists of a diverse group of judges, including 35% from TRNC, 35% from Turkey, and 30% from international backgrounds across various fields of expertise. These judges are assigned to review entries across all award categories, with each judge evaluating submissions that align with their specific area of knowledge.
