Harun Yardımcı is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience spanning server management, software architecture, and large-scale system design. He has led multidisciplinary teams in fintech, e-commerce, and telecommunications, driving innovations in high-availability systems, scalable infrastructures, and DevOps practices.  

Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Delivery Hero, Harun oversaw the development of the YemekPay Payment Institution, achieving critical milestones such as PCI DSS compliance and obtaining regulatory licenses. He has also been instrumental in modernizing payment infrastructures and integrating global financial systems.  

Previously, at GittiGidiyor/eBay Turkey, Harun led 17 teams and over 100 professionals, spearheading the transition to microservices, implementing DevOps pipelines, and enhancing application performance by over 50%. His work consistently aligned cutting-edge technologies with business goals, delivering impactful results in fast-paced environments.  

Yardımcı holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eastern Mediterranean University. With deep expertise in containerization, microservices, NoSQL databases, and agile methodologies, he combines technical proficiency with strategic leadership to drive transformation and innovation.
