The Awards Entry Process

1. Online Registration

Start by registering online to create your account. Complete the required details and set up your username and password. Once your account is created, you can begin by selecting your group and categories, and complete the payment process by reviewing your entries and confirming your selections. Once the payment is confirmed, you can continue with the awards entry process, where you’ll provide detailed information about your submissions.

2. Online Submission

When submitting your entry for a specific category, it is important to upload all required materials and documents in accordance with the category's specific criteria. To support you throughout this process, you will be assigned an awards advisor who will ensure that your submission meets all requirements.

3. Preliminary Check

After submitting your project, an awards advisor will conduct a preliminary review, offering insights and constructive feedback to enhance your submission. This process includes assessing design quality, visualization, presentation, category compliance, imagery, and descriptive text.

4. Entry Evaluation

Your entry will be evaluated against all criteria for the specific category you selected and rated by an international & national panel of judges.

5. Awards Gala Night

A grand final Gala Night event is hosted, where attendees enjoy a welcoming cocktail and a gala dinner, followed by the exciting announcement of the award winners.

350 GBP + VAT

Registration for one category is limited to a single submission.

Jury Panel

Each year, the Propertync Awards are evaluated by an esteemed panel of independent judges, representing a diverse mix of backgrounds from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Turkey, and various international countries. This team brings a vast range of expertise across various fields to ensure a fair and thorough assessment of the hundreds of entries submitted.

Judges are assigned to evaluate entries within their respective areas of specialization. Maintaining strict impartiality, they assess each submission based solely on its merits, independent of the entrant's reputation or other external factors. Entries are reviewed section by section, with points allocated accordingly. Once all sections are scored and the totals calculated, the highest-scoring entries are shortlisted, and the winners are subsequently finalized.

The evaluation process culminates in the much-anticipated Awards Ceremony, where recipients discover their achievements live. Until the ceremony, the specific awards won by the entrants remain confidential, adding an element of excitement to the event.
