Raif Usal (born 1986) is a Turkish Cypriot residing in Nicosia, Cyprus. He holds a BSc in Computer Information Systems from Winona State University, USA (2007), and an MSc in Information Systems Management from London Metropolitan University (2010).

Raif began his professional career as a Team Leader at a local ISP company (2011–2012) before completing his military service in 2012. In 2013, he joined Creditwest Bank as a Software Developer, where he worked until 2015. Later that year, he transitioned to Near East Bank as Software Development Team Leader, eventually advancing to the role of Software Development Manager.

In 2016, he co-founded Near East Technology, where he continued his career as Software Development Manager. In 2023, he was promoted to Software Development Group Manager. During his tenure at Near East Technology, he also earned an MBA from Near East University.

An active member of the business community, Raif recently joined the TRNC Young Businessman Association and is set to serve on its Board of Directors starting in 2025.

He is married and has a 5-year-old child.
