Dr. Yılmaz Argüden is the Chairman of ARGE Consulting, a globally respected firm recognized for its innovative management strategies, future-focused organizational preparedness, and societal contributions. ARGE Consulting is the first Turkish company to sign the UN Global Compact and has been lauded by the European Parliament as one of the top three companies "Shaping the Future." Professional Experience
Dr. Argüden's career spans leading roles in prestigious organizations such as Koç Holding, RAND Corporation, and the World Bank. Upon returning to Turkey at Adnan Kahveci's invitation, he held key positions, including Chairman of the Privatization Administration and Chief Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister. He has served on the boards of over 70 companies worldwide, including as Chairman of Erdemir and Rothschild & Co. Turkey.

Academic and Thought Leadership
As a lecturer at Boğaziçi University, Koç University, and the Turkish Military Academy, Dr. Argüden shares his expertise in governance, strategy, and leadership. He is also an accomplished author, publishing books and articles in multiple languages.

Dr. Argüden's global recognition as a thought leader in governance is evident through his roles as Chair of the Business at OECD Governance Committee, member of the IFC Corporate Governance Advisory Board, and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Argüden Governance Academy.
