Born in 1971, Yazıcı completed an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, followed by a master’s in Capital Markets and Stock Exchange at Marmara University's Banking and Insurance Institute.

Yazıcı initially worked for several foreign real estate companies before transitioning to the valuation sector following the introduction of legal regulations for real estate valuation in Turkey. In 2008, Yazıcı founded EVA Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc., now one of Turkey's leading firms specializing in real estate valuation, consultancy, feasibility studies, and market research.

As Managing Partner and General Manager of EVA, Yazıcı brings 31 years of professional experience in real estate investment, development, consultancy, and valuation in Turkey. Yazıcı holds the prestigious FRICS designation and has been recognized as one of the first licensed valuation experts by Turkey's Capital Markets Board. Since 2019, Yazıcı has also been a RICS Registered Valuer.

Yazıcı has held significant roles in professional organizations, including serving as a founding member of the Valuation Experts Association (DUD), where Yazıcı was a board member for six years. Yazıcı was also the founding president of the Licensed Valuation Companies Association (LideBİR) and a board member of the Turkish Valuation Experts Association (TDUB). Additionally, Yazıcı served on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Investment Trusts Association (GYODER) for two terms and is currently a board member of LideBİR.

In academia, Yazıcı teaches courses on real estate, valuation, and project assessment at various institutions and universities. Yazıcı is a published author, contributing articles on valuation and real estate to media outlets and platforms, and has authored a book on the real estate sector.

The panel for the Propertync Awards consists of a diverse group of judges, including 35% from TRNC, 35% from Turkey, and 30% from international backgrounds across various fields of expertise. These judges are assigned to review entries across all award categories, with each judge evaluating submissions that align with their specific area of knowledge.
