Jorge Santa Cruz Bonilla is an accomplished architect with over 13 years of professional experience, specializing in the design, execution, and rehabilitation of iconic architectural projects and large-scale real estate developments.  

Currently serving as Project Leader at Inbest Real Estate, Jorge joined the company in 2022 after contributing to its projects since 2018. Notably, he led the technical team for the commercial redevelopment of the historic Edificio España in Madrid, coordinating closely with stakeholders from pre-acquisition to delivery. This project included the world's largest Zara store, exemplifying his expertise in managing high-profile developments.  

Jorge’s career began in France, where he distinguished himself by leading the award-winning La Fabrique residential project at Reichen et Robert Architectes. This landmark development, featuring two 50-meter-high towers, earned the prestigious Pyramide d’Or and the GRAND PRIX NATIONAL 2017.  

An entrepreneurial leader, Jorge has co-founded teams that achieved recognition in international architecture competitions, including accolades for the Museum and Industrial Cultural Complex in Kristiansand, Norway. He also possesses extensive expertise in restoring and transforming historically significant buildings, such as La Halle Alstom in Saint Ouen, Edificio España in Madrid, and Kuntsilo in Kristiansand.  

Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Advanced Technical School of Architecture in Madrid and completed the Executive Real Estate Business Program at IE Business School.
