As Alsancak Municipality, in accordance with the vision of Alsancak settlement, spacial, cultural and natural values should be developed in a qualified way; designed for public beach and coastal arrangement, using modern, economic, high quality, compatible with nature, respecting silhouette, ecological and natural materials. In our project, approximately 450 mt in length and 6 mt in width, the coastline is organised as a public beach. In this context, changing rooms for the beach, shower, cabin, WC and buffet are considered as auxiliary elements.

It is planned to have a sailing boat ramp and garage with an area of 400 m2 where young people can play sports. Modules in which various units can be formed in the entrance area of 400 m2 amphitheater which is suitable for the ceremonies and / or other activities of July 20 are planned. The walk and bicycle paths in the forested area to the south of the project were connected to the underpass and connected to the walk and bicycle paths planned to continue along the coast. In accordance with the spiritual value of the region, considering the fact that the Happy Peace Operation of 20 July 1974 was carried out not only to Turkish Cypriots but also to Greek Cypriots, in memory of our martyrs who fought, reflecting the memory of our national struggle between the years 63-74, the region reflecting the atmosphere of peace and calm after 1974. The open air museum and the indoor and simulated “Peace and Freedom Museum” have been designed. In our project, parking arrangement, observation terrace areas, outdoor sports fields, bicycle places were also arranged.
