When we first entered these awards in 2009 it was with trepidation and the feeling that we didn’t really stand much chance against some of the ‘bigger players’ in our field. Having won two Golds previously, this year the feeling was “can we really win again?” 

Going into the 2014 competition the sense was that winning the Gold again would not be considered good enough – we wanted to win the Platinum to prove to ourselves that we are the best! We pride ourselves on the diversity of what we can offer and we know that the wealth of talent at our disposal can improve the service we offer and enhance the experience of our customers. 

We realise that without our customers – many of whom we can now call friends - our small company could not survive and expand. Winning the Platinum Award in 2014 has shown us that we are doing busi-ness the ‘right way’ and that we have the respect of our customers and the industry – and that means a great deal to us all.
