Lynx was established in North Cyprus during the development boom in 2005 to provide professional property and facility management for the ensuing resort complexes, hotels, universities, and residences, bringing to the market the directors’ broad experience in the property field in the MENA region. 
Since then we have been continually improving our systems and procedures and we are proud that our efforts have been recognised both by the ISO certification body from Ireland and by Property NC magazine who declared Lynx the winner of the Platinum award for Best Property Management Company for the second year running.

With the introduction last year of an Enterprise Resource Planner comprising a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and a Financial Management Package, our core management team is able to deal with the needs of our increasing number of clients effectively and efficiently; indeed client satisfaction is at the forefront of our operations. Meanwhile our team (both in-house and approved sub-contractors) of electro-mechanical engineers, plumbers, pool cleaners, professional gardeners, security and maintenance staff, is servicing sites from Guzelyurt to Esentepe and beyond.
