Our company makes productions in the field of projects and the scope of application, we work for producing prestigious constructions that include the content of comfort and functionality in 2005. 

The project site is located on the busiest street of the touristic city of Girne, a home of numerous famous brands shops and business companies. The north facade of the project site, which is parallel to the main road, enjoys a stunning view over the sea from the east to the west, while its south facade overlooks the magnificent Beşparmak Mountain range. 

Being inspired by a city center location of the project site and high-quality business life in the area, we intended to design a building to meet the criteria of the existing commercial activity in the region. Our aim was to bring into life a residential project that would increase land value in the area and provide excellent services to the residents, by offering a variety of first class facilities.
