Cittaslow Market Mehmetçik began on 11 November 2017. Cittaslow Market Mehmetçik has disabled parking spaces for 8 vehicles and a total of 120 parking spaces. All of the electricity in the market place is supplied by the environmentally friendly solar energy system.
The purpose of Cittaslow Market Mehmetçik is to bring the products produced by our local registered producers to the consumer without intermediaries. By implementing our project, we managed to create a place where our local producers engaged in the Lefkara business and Agriculture produced in the Çayırova Lefkara House operating in our region can sell the products produced.
