Donegal Developments is a British-owned, family-run business established in North Cyprus by father and son Kevin and Sean Moane in 2007.

Donegal Developments is the only North Cyprus property developer registered with the Federation of Master Builders and adhering to its Code of Practice.

The owners and directors have over 30 years experience and knowledge of both resale/rental properties and also within the property development market, having built numerous developments in the UK and North Cyprus. Donegal Developments is one of the very few developers in North Cyprus with such vast experience.

In 2008 they were the proud winners of the 'Best Luxury Villa', then in 2009/10 they won the platinum award for 'Best Proposed New Project' and the gold award for 'Best Marketing Campaign-Website!.
