It is located in the newly developing part called Upper Kyrenia, in the center of Kyrenia. It is the preference of our property owner and delivered for our design since it is an area where residence projects are developing with regional change in pattern.

We proposed to use it since it would fulfill our expectations abiding by the dynamic design. In terms of aesthetics, it provides safety to glass parapet modules and clean labor force in assembly. The project was designed with spacing and arrangements connecting all functions each other and allowing easy access for disabled individuals. Relevant measurements and designs in corridors and elevators where pedestrian traffic exists are designed in accordance with the disabled standards.

Water treatment and recycling: Water system that green spaces can use.  Grey water recycling is the treatment of the least contaminated household wastewater i.e. showers, sinks, bathtubs for reusing purposes. Under some certain circumstances, the wastewater from washing machine and kitchen may be considered as grey water and treated to reuse. Grey water has the biggest share within the household wastewater as 50-70% in general.
