Located in one of the most characteristic sea front sites of the island, the project makes the most out of its site’s characteristics, enabling a %100 sea view for all the units in the development. This is where most of the success of the project comes from. The three-dimensional character of the site, with levels descending rapidly from the main road on the mountain side towards the sea in front, is used to enable overlooking units with a motto of ‘sea views for everyone’.
