At its core, this project was about redefining workspaces for one of Northern Cyprus' most established corporations. Ramadan Cemil Enterprises, a company with deep-rooted significance in the Turkish Cypriot community, entrusted us with the challenge of creating a cutting-edge office environment while maintaining the building’s original identity, designed by renowned architect Ziya Necati Özkan. The result is a state-of-the-art headquarters annex that sets a new standard for corporate renovations in the region.

What sets this project apart is our ability to balance complexity and precision:

The main contractor and construcion manager of the project, FORMAN INTERNATIONAL LTD., executed a full interior reconstruction, stripping out all outdated infrastructure and replacing it with high-performance energy-efficient systems, modern aluminum-glass partitions, and custom-crafted furniture, proving that high-end manufacturing can be achieved locally.

They revived the original architectural vision, restoring the four signature domes that had been covered for decades, allowing natural light to flood the space once again.

They integrated cutting-edge workspace design with acoustic-controlled meeting rooms, flexible-use seminar spaces, and intelligent zoning, enhancing both collaboration and productivity.

Despite the tight five-month schedule, they ensured zero disruptions to the company’s daily operations while meticulously managing materials, logistics, and phased execution.
