Golden Residence is in the Centre of Famagusta, only a few minutes away from important infrastructure, such as universities, hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants and cafes. It offers 2-bedroom flats which are 80 m2.
This project holds a title as the first residence in Famagusta. This project has SPA Centre, sauna, steam room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre. The project was build according to the view of the city. One side overlooks the ancient side of the city, the other faced the forest, the lake, sea and the mountains.
