Since 2007 synchronized with other countries, we allow our clients to use specifically selected materials suitable for location and project use with an innovative approach. When we first start with the project, our first priority is the compatibility with the nature. In doing this, we prioritize the materials parallel with the innovative world architecture movement and their harmony with the space.

Our aim is to create distinctive and stand out designs with every project. The building that we designed is located on the main commercial street of Kyrenia; the center of commerce in general. Another important feature of our land is that it is located between two roads facing both the main street and back street. There are unused shops available on the land right now.

As NZF Architecture, our general approach towards our clients is to provide architecturally practical and innovative proposals and materials. In terms of exterior coating, the coatings that overlap with windows provide privacy in the residential floors but also allow people to look from different perspective. We used this coating for the semi-open area in the middle part. Consequently, the coating and design formed an integrated organic shell. Our main principle in interior design is to effectively deliver all spaces without any losses.
