As a coastal town, with its beautiful sea view, historical places and natural beauties, Girne is one of the most popular cities of Northern Cyprus. Çatalköy, on the other hand, is one of the best places to capture both the beautiful sea and mountain views, as well as the clean mountain breezes.

The villa is composed of three levels: Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor. The villa is 700 square meters. The basement is 180 square meters with the garage and there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a sports room, which can also be converted into a bedroom. The garage is for two cars and there is a home cinema within the garage.

The lightings used both inside and outside of the villa are 90% led lightings. Almost all the walls being glass on the ground floor ensures the maximum utilisation of the sunlight.
