Northernland`s Uptown Park project is conveniently located in the Sakarya area of the city, only a 10-minute walk from the gate for Eastern Mediterranean University, the largest higher education institution in Famagusta and the island.
At the design stage of this project, functionality and spaciousness were the main priorities, which led our design team to create units that were larger in size compared to other investment projects in the island.
Particularly the studio apartments are extraordinarily large, and all apartments have sizable balconies where the tenants / owners can easily furnish with a table and a few chairs to enjoy the views and the sun comfortably.
