Eurocoast Group’s international experience was gained in many countries including Europe and The Middle East.

Our team has been working in North Cyprus for almost 17 years and have become the premier construction and development companies having completed over 2000 properties including residential, commercial and industrial projects.

We started an extensive search for the ideal location of the site in 2014/5, we looked at over 80 plots and we suffered because of the rise in values whilst we researched the options meant that we paid more but we did not want to compromise the vision of what we wanted to achieve.

The criteria in our site selection was as follows; Be within existing built-up area of Girne Merkez, have little or low impact on traffic flows, offer easy pedestrian access to amenities, to be at least 2500m2, not adversely impact the character of Girne, have minimal or positive impact on neighbors and green space in the town, Be subject to low traffic noise, not be of special ecological or archaeological significance.

The apartments were always meant to be generous in size allowing residents improved living. The design positively influences the lives of our residents. Achieving good design will always contribute to positive living environments and resident wellbeing.

 
Our design combines appropriate room shapes and dimensions, access to sunlight, natural ventilation, outlook, visual and acoustic privacy, addressing and providing storage requirements, indoor and outdoor space, efficient layouts and service areas, and ease of access for all age groups and degrees of mobility.
