A new marina and its linked Port Cyprium Village development of 28 luxury villas shall be built in and around a cove at Küçük Erenkoy, between Esentepe and Tatlısu.

Covering 38,000m², the marina complex is designed to maximise the yacht tourism potential of the country’s coastal waters.

The marina will be equipped with full boat-lifting, repair and servicing facilities. It will also feature a clubhouse with 20 guest bedrooms, a taverna, three restaurants offering fine dining to fast food, a bowling green, gym and one tennis court.
