For our Bespoke House project our first aim was to introduce a minimalistic design with a luxurious approach. Whilst we were doing this we concentrated on the details of materials and specific micro design details. It was our goal to demonstrate how we excel in the field of design and construction with unlimited choices, while keeping current with advancements in technology.

In our design we successfully managed to combine minimalism with luxury, creating a living space that is both rich and comfortable at heart.

These details are the genesis of our project. There is a large living room with a fireplace and a dining room with an open kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms, one being en-suite. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, one being the master with its own dressing room and bathroom with full sea and mountain views.

The most striking part of our design is the application of the brass materials across the unit.  It is the first time that this material has been used for an interior design in TRNC.  This unique material is implemented in every single detail in the house.

The main criteria that we used in selecting the location for our apartment was that we wanted a place nestled in nature, with amazing views but still not too far from the city.

Our apartment has 360 degree views with the Mediterranean in the North and a lush green mountain/forest view in the South.
