Northernland Construction is the first member of Northernland Group of Companies established in 2003, and is one of the leading construction and property development companies in North Cyprus, which controls the entire value chain from acquisition of land to sale of homes and commercial property.

While Northernland Group of Companies has a separate sales team for each company, Northernland Construction`s sales team is a single unit composed of three sales representatives, each with a different nationality and a unique educational and professional background. Yildiz Anarjani is the sales manager, reporting directly to the CEO, and she is the person responsible particularly for Middle-Eastern countries. Tatyana Demir, a Kazakh member of the team is overlooking the Russian-speaking market, and she is the assistant sales manager, also in charge of the marketing.

Our sales team consist of three members, with rental and administrative staff of over 10 people being indirectly involved to support the sales team. Senior management also not only oversees sales, but also contribute with their time and knowledge if and when necessary, especially regarding large scale investments.
