A central location was the main priority when deciding the plot of our new headquarters, and The Northernland Center Office is conveniently located at the end of the famous high street Salamis Road, right across from the largest university of the island. Attached to it is the residential units of the Center project and the adjacent and surrounding buildings are mostly low rise buildings, often with commercial units on the main floors. The Center office has sea views on one side, and city views in other.

Center office was designed to be 50-50 open to allow maximum communication between team members, while giving a sufficient amount of privacy to the management, staff and clients when needed. It was important for us to achieve a professional look, while maintaining a relaxed environment.

Comfort of our staff and the visitors were one of the main priorities in design, where staff enjoy being at a workplace where they can also socialize and the clients feel welcomed both aesthetically and professionally, without feeling the pressure of a corporate office.
