Crafted Construction Ltd is a subsidiary company of Eziç Chicken Bar Ltd. Eziç Chicken Bar Ltd company’s history dates back to 1990. In 2016, the subsidiary company called Crafted Construction Ltd was founded and started to continue its construction business as build and sell company in 2017.

The construction ‘Living Town Project’ is a project of Crafted Construction Ltd as shown in the layout sheet, located in Kyrenia region Yeşiltepe.

In ‘Living Town Project’ the distance among the villas are about 15-20 meters.All the villas have private access to their villas through their own private parking areas from north and south frontals.There are 120 cm fences in villas as well as an additional 60 cm wooden screen applications. In addition to this, there are cypress trees that will be planted around the borders of the houses in order to protect the privacy.
