Although ideal location for real estate is very objective, for a project of this size and purpose, the location was fairly easy to pick. The Grand Sapphire will be constructed in the desirable and popular location of  Iskele / Long Beach, on the eastern coast of North Cyprus. Iskele is the up and coming region of North Cyprus, only a 15 minute drive away from Famagusta, the third largest city of the island. Vast and quick developments started to take place in Long Beach, which began to bring foreign investment to the area with holiday projects and its proximity to sandy beaches.

The sea shore of this area is designed and landscaped by the municipality to include a long walking and biking path, and a children`s playground with some seating area for families and friends to enjoy, watching the blue seas and sandy beaches. There are many amenities available within a short distance of the Sapphire such as markets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. and the ones that the Sapphire will build  is going to add great value to the existing facilities and businesses.
