Since 1997, Döveç Construction is one of the few companies in North Cyprus to have a First-Class Construction Building License.
The Luxury Villa is in Çanakkale region (high-density area) of Gazimağusa which makes its location in the center of Gazimağusa and provides easy access to all the city infrastructure. The current texture of the city is dominated by monoblock buildings and vertical prisms with two-dimensional facade design alternatives. There are very little design efforts that differ from the stereotypical architecture of most buildings. Luxury villa is one of the rare designs in Famagusta that is kick starting the unique landscape of architectural design.
