Since 1997, Döveç Construction is one of the few companies in North Cyprus to have a First-Class Construction Building License.

Döveç Construction has purchased GTR Development’s office, in Iskele in order to renovate and establish its first branch office. GTR Development building was a simple three-story building with big windows covered in pictures of their projects. After purchasing the building, we have changed the design of the it completely. We have removed most of the walls and replaced them with double-glazed one-way windows and wood textured composite aluminum. There is a terrace on the roof.

Our company is famous for its continuous search for contemporary, context driven architectural design. The collective effort in our office, with its 18 architects and engineers, gives us the possibility to explore all ideas through brain storming sessions, critical design juries and internal mechanisms of group designs. Our services include all ranges of investment advice, programed design, architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical designs, though our partner sub-contractors. Our services extend to on site control and advice services during the interior, landscape and material selection phases.
