Since 1997, Döveç Construction is one of the few companies in North Cyprus to have a First-Class Construction Building License.

Döveç Construction’s new project Courtyard Long Beach is located in Long Beach, İskele which has one of the most beautiful coastlines on the island. Courtyard offers breathtaking scenery with 5-star hotel concept and located only 600 m away from the sea. 

The accessibility to the main road is 50 meters and other local facilities are only 5-minute drive, or 10-minute walking distance. These facilities include sea, restaurants, hospital, school, cafes, hotels, police and fire station. 4 years ago, considering the wishes of our customers, we looked at the importance and priority of their needs and wants. Within these requests - location, green area, facilities, the dimensions of the building were also included in the wishes of our customers. Courtyard was built according to the customers’ feedback that was received from surveys.
