The Cove project attracted its attention by receiving awards from 3 categories. One of the best unique sea-front projects on the island. First phase, shown below will have 75 units total. Second phase will add another 125 units, with a total of 200 units when completed.

The unique location of The Cove project lies on the Esentepe coastline with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Nearby points of interest include the Korineum Golf Club, the picturesque Esentepe village, local shops and restaurants and our Pine Valley project featuring a gym, spa, a la carte restaurant, tennis court and state of the art Leisure Center for all residents to enjoy. Perforated, thick clay building bricks are used with a length of 25cm for extra insulation. This is higher than average in the TRNC.

We provide suspended ceilings in the lounge, hallways and bathrooms as standard even though it is normally considered as an extra. All internal floor coverings will be of high quality large ceramic tiles (60 x 120) This is normally considered an extra however we are supplying this as standard to all Cove purchasers. All windows and external doors will be of a very high-quality aluminum using comfort glass for extra heat insulation. All Sliding doors will be made with Schuco system. All electrical works are applied in line with the British electrical standards. All materials used will be EMO (Chamber of electrical engineer) approved. We will supply and run a communal standby generator in cases of a power cut for the whole site.
