Husband and wife team, Hakan and Sandra Gunduz, have been established in North Cyprus since 2003.  Their success is largely based on the fact they have both retained a hands-on personal approach, despite the company’s steady growth, and all work continues to be carried out in-house.  They have been keen not to expand the business too quickly, but their business now includes over 120 pools and several communal sites.  Their staff have been with the company for a long time, with many of them joining on day one.  This gives clients continuity, and they appreciate seeing the same faces maintaining their pools, gardens and conducting weekly property checks. Sandra says “At the end of the day it is honesty, loyalty and trust that keeps our clients, and a happy client will always be the best advertisement any company can ask for.”
