General Provisions

1. Customers who place an order electronically through our website are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to them during the ordering process.
2. Buyers are subject to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
3. The purchased product is delivered to the individual or organization specified by the buyer at the address provided within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If delivery is not made within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
4. In cases where the product cannot be supplied, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of becoming aware of this and refund the total amount within 14 days.

Non-Payment of the Product Price

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or if the payment process is canceled, the seller is relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.

Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards

If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized individuals and the product price is not paid to the seller, the buyer is obliged to return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.

Delivery Delays Due to Force Majeure

1. If delivery of the product is delayed due to force majeure, the buyer is informed of the situation. The buyer may choose one of the following options:
   • Cancel the order,
   • Request a replacement product,
   • Wait for the obstacle to be resolved.
2. If the buyer cancels the order, the total amount is refunded in cash within 14 days for cash payments. For credit card payments, the amount is refunded to the bank within 14 days. The bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect the amount in the buyer's account.

Buyer's Obligation to Inspect the Product

Before receiving the product, the buyer must inspect its packaging and should not accept damaged products from the courier. A product that has been received is considered undamaged. After delivery, the buyer must take care of the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with its invoice.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product by notifying the seller in writing without providing any reason.

Using the Right of Withdrawal

1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return the product with its box, packaging, invoice, and any accessories, in full and undamaged condition.
2. After the withdrawal notice is received by the seller:
   • The full amount is refunded to the buyer within 10 days.
   • The product is collected by the seller within 20 days.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. Products made specifically to the customer's requests or clearly tailored to personal needs cannot be returned.

Default and Legal Consequences

If the buyer defaults on payment made with a credit card, they are responsible for interest and expenses under their agreement with the bank. Additionally, the seller may claim compensation for any damages resulting from the buyer’s default.

Online Payment and Delivery

1. Online payments via credit card can be made through our website. Once the order is completed, the payment is processed, and the product preparation begins.
2. Our online payment system is protected by a secure infrastructure. You can track your order via email after payment.
